Milind Soman, who is otherwise, known for his charming personality and a thriving career in the world of modelling has set a new record for himself.

1. Triathlon - World’s Toughest Race

With over 2,000 participants from all across the world, the triathlon includes a 3.8-km swim, a 180.2 km cycle ride & 42.2-km run in that order without a break. The participants are required to complete the race within 16 hours to earn the title of ‘Ironman’.

“If you are sufficiently aware and monitor your body’s response at every stage in terms of nutrition and pace, it will all come together. I wanted to gift myself something special in my 50th year and I am glad I could do this,” Soman told The Indian Express on phone from Zurich.
