Yoga For Sex Life 

1.  Eagle Pose 

To perform this pose, stand and slightly bend your knees, lift the left foot up and balance on the right foot, cross the left thigh over the right. Point the left toes towards the floor, press the foot back and simply hook the top of the foot behind the lower right calf. Balance on the right foot. Stretch the arms  forward, parallel to the floor and spread your scapulas wide across the back of your torso. Cross the arms in front of your torso so that the right arm is above the left, then bend your elbows. Press the right hand to the right and the left hand to the left, so that the palms are now facing each other.

2.  Squat

Simply bend down on your knees with your hands folded in the namaste pose. comfortable.

3. Pigeon Pose

From downward facing dog, bring the right leg up into a downdog split. Bend the right knee and bring that knee to the floor outside the right hand while releasing the front of the left leg to the floor. The right shin may angle back towards the left hip or be more parallel to the front of your mat, depending on your flexibility. Square your hips towards the front of your mat.Take padding under the right side of the butt as necessary to make the pose more comfortable.

4. Camel Pose

Kneel down on the yoga mat and place the hands on the hips. The knees should be in sync with the shoulders and the sole of the feet should be facing the ceiling. As you inhale, draw the tailbone towards the pubis as if you are being pulled from the navel. Arch your back and slide the palms over the feet till the arms are straight. Do not strain your neck. Keep it in a neutral position.
