Simply place an order using our App/Website/WhatsApp (8999 80 80 80): Upload a valid prescription incase of prescribed medicines or choose your OTC (Over The Counter non prescribed) medicines from our search functionality on the App/Website. And that`s it, our pharmacy partners will deliver your order right at your doorstep.
Is my order confirmed as soon as I place it?
Once you place an order, our pharmacy expert will verify and confirm its availability. In case, some of the medicines you ordered are not available, we will reach out to you right away.
How much time do you take to deliver?
We deliver your medicines flat within 6 hours of placing the order subject to its availability. Orders placed placed post 4pm will be delivered next day.
What if my medicines are not listed in your catalogue?
We have a very exhaustive database and we surely strive hard to update it on regular basis. Still you will be able to order specific medicines through our search option.
Which locations do you deliver to?
CareOnGo currently delivers in Bangalore, Delhi, Noida & Gurgaon. We will soon be expanding our service in all the other major cities. Stay tuned.
How do I pay?
You can pay through Cash on Delivery (COD) to the delivery personnel.
How much discount do I get?
We offer upto 25% discount on the medicines which includes flat invoice discounts and cash backs into your Care Wallet. To avail, please apply a relevant promo code.
Are there any delivery charges?
There are no delivery charges. Yes, you heard us right and there is no minimum order amount to get free delivery.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order any time before the order is out for delivery. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

You can cancel the order from within the app inside My Orders, or write to us at [email protected] to cancel your order.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns if the medicine provided to you does not match your order. We make sure that none of our partner pharmacies deliver you expired products, however, please check your orders at the time of delivery and report any return request before you pay the delivery personnel.
How do I know the medicines delivered are authentic?
CareOnGo ensures that our partner pharmacies are the most reputed ones offering all genuine and authentic medicines. However, in all cases the pharmacy which has dispensed the medicine will be held legally liable and solely responsible for the authenticity and genuineness of the product so ordered. What is "My Profile"? How do I update my information?
It is easy to update your CareOnGo account profile any time through "My Profile" option in the dashboard. "My Profile" allows you to: Manage/edit your personal data like address, contact phone numbers, email ids, password, etc.
